When I wasn’t completely satisfied with my order, only because the photo I had sent printed out more dull than I had hoped, Dyana responded immediately, helped to brighten the original, crystallized and sent the new picture within a few days. This All before Christmas. I highly recommend.

So to be honest I'm not very good at ordering things online. So i was a little hesitant. But when I saw the advertisement I really wanted to order. My girls and myself are bling fanatics and this would be a perfect gift for my daughter who was just recently married. So I tried to order and of course was having an issue, I couldn't ask my daughter for help because it was for her, the person that would be doing the photo instantly replied call me! 3 hours time difference, 12 at night and she spoke to me directly ! Unbelievable. What an angel! Dyana Klein we love you and can't wait too order more. When we received our photo in the frame it was more stunning then we could have imaged. Not only did she talk me threw it but she helped me decide which pic would be best & all detail's in our price range. Definitely order! It's worth it.... People will just stop in their tracks!
